WS2024 - Type 1A Placement and Loading in the Esthetic Zone

Immediate implant placement and temporization in the esthetic area represents a combined surgical and prosthetic technique that is able to provide multiple benefits to patients. The presence of possible risks has also been described. The video-presentation will demonstrate how, the use of a digital workflow and, in particular, computer-guided implantology, have allowed to reduce the risks of type 1A implant placement and loading protocols, increasing their indications and predictability . Other issues that will be analyzed are represented by the rule of more recent implant design, pre-visualization of the prosthetic emergence profile and and soft and hard tissues management.
