Registration

We offer online registration for ITI membership subscription on our website at www.iti.org. For more information about the ITI membership subscription, please visit www.iti.org/membership. Registration and login details for our website are confirmed via an automatically generated email. An active ITI membership subscription is required to gain full access to all ITI membership benefits.

ITI membership subscription

The ITI membership subscription begins on the day of purchase and is valid for the selected duration: 1, 2, or 3 years. The ITI membership subscription is automatically renewed after your current subscription ends.

If you wish to cancel your ITI membership, you must do so at least 3 days in advance in your settings, otherwise your ITI membership will be automatically extended at the end of the payment interval. If you cancel your ITI membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term, after which it will be deactivated.

Payment

By starting your ITI membership subscription, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next payment intervals at the then current rate to your payment method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers and/or changes or additions to membership benefits.

Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing for our services at our sole discretion, effective at any time. In the event of a price change, we will notify you via email, and the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds

No refunds. Membership subscription fees are non-refundable. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Privacy Policy

The ITI is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring its proper use and secure storage. By becoming an ITI member, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms to comply with laws, improve our services, or clarify our policies. You can find the latest version of these terms on our website. Changes take effect on the date specified on the website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these updates.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

ITI Fellows, Members, Affiliates, and any individuals educated or trained by ITI or its representatives agree to indemnify and hold ITI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from their provision of implant dentistry treatments to patients.

Miscellaneous

This agreement, your membership and all disputes including those concerning any statute of limitations, set-off claims, tort claims and interest claims, shall be governed by Swiss law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement and/or your membership shall be resolved solely by the ordinary courts in Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.
