Soft- and Hard-Tissue Regeneration and Implant-Supported Restorations to Treat a Complex Anterior Maxillary Case
This case describes the meticulous and multidisciplinary approach to replacing two missing teeth and an ankylosed and severely infrapositioned central incisor accompanied by severe vertical soft- and hard-tissue deficiencies.
A 19-year-old man presented at the clinic with esthetic concerns regarding his maxillary anterior teeth. The patient was a male student, a non-smoker and occasional drinker. His chief complaint was “a retained tooth that is out of position.” He reported being very displeased with his esthetic situation.
