Charlotte is a Specialist in Prosthodontic Dentistry. She qualified from The Royal Dental College in Copenhagen in 1983 and then moved to London to pursue her interest in removable prosthodontics with five year post-graduate training at the Prosthetic Department at The London Hospital Dental School.

From 1988 to 1997 she was in a general dental practice in Kent. Since 1997, she has practiced as a referal specialist in fixed and removable prosthodontics in London’s Harley Street.

Charlotte held a three year part-time Senior Lecture post in the Department of Gerodontology and Removable Prosthodontics at University of Geneva from 2015-2018 and she is an Examiner for implant dentistry for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Charlotte was made a Fellow of the International Team of Implantology (ITI) in 2007 and she has been Education Delegate for the ITI UK & Ireland Section (2009-2015), Member of the Education Committee (2010-2018) and Editor-in-Chief of the ITI Online Academy (2016-2018). Currently, she is a Member of the ITI Board of Directors and Chair of the ITI Curriculum Implementation Task Force.
